What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are free for all US orders. Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Returned merchandise should be unused, uncompromised, and have the original vendor tags attached.
Refunds will be credited to the original from of payment, including gift cards and vouchers. Kindly note, expedited shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Once processed, refunds can take anywhere from 1-7 business days for your bank to fully process.
How do I return my garment?
To begin the returns process, please go to info@minna.com and enter you Minna order number and the e-mail address listed on your orders. Subject EXCHANGE Once you do this, you’ll be directed to the Minna.
How do I exchange my garment?
We have a couple options - visit our info@Minna-kids.com. Subject EXCHANGE From there, you can process a return of your original order and use your Instant Credit voucher towards a new garment purchase. You can also request an exchange, or choose to return your garment for a refund and place a new order for another item.
Do you price match?
If the price of an item that you have purchased drops within 14 days of your order, and the item you ordered is still in stock, we can
adjust the price for you. To receive a price adjustment, email info@minna-kids.com with in 14 days of your order date and we will refund the difference to your original form of payment or store credit.
Please note that items 70% off and over are Final Sale cannot be returned.
